Some parents believe that children should not worry about money or even think about how much things cost or where they get the money to purchase the toys and gadgets that they desire.  They give their children everything they want, and they do not teach them about the value of money. When children grow up having everything they want, they do not understand the struggle or the work that goes into getting the money to buy these unwanted products. Some children might think that life will be the same and the reality can be very depressing for them. 

Some of the problems that can arise from this lack of value for money are: Teaching children to value money will help them to take care of their stuff and work to buy the things that they need.  What can you do to help them value money?
